    Channel Manager for Vishwas Business: Responsible for managing and optimizing sales channels for Vishwas Business mortgage products both Home Loan & Loan against property to ensure maximum outreach and efficiency. The role involves a combination of sales, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive Vishwas business growth through various channels both internal & external ### Key Responsibilities: 1. **Sales Strategy and Planning:** - Develop and implement sales strategies for Vishwas Business - Identify and evaluate potential sales channels Internal channels, DSAs & connectors including brokers and real estate agents - Forecast channel-wise sales targets and track performance against targets 2. **Channel Management:** - Manage relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are well-informed and motivated to promote Vishwas products. - Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. - Monitor the performance of each channel, analyzing data to optimize sales processes. 3. **Business Development:** - Identify new business opportunities within existing channels or through the development of new channels. - Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns and promotions tailored to each channel. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners and customers. 4. **Compliance and Risk Management:** - Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. - Monitor the quality of loans sourced through channels to manage risk. - Coordinate with internal risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to guidelines. 5. **Market Research and Analysis:** - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Provide feedback to product development teams based on insights from channel partners and customers. - **Skills:** - Strong understanding of mortgage products and the financial services market. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. - Ability to manage multiple relationships and work in a fast-paced environment. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.,
