Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager/ Sales Executive/ Sales Officer to join our team at Nasher Miles, a leading DTC Luggage brand foraying into Offline Market. The Area Sales Manager/ Sales Executive/ Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in their designated region, managing dealers, distributors and EBOs (Exclusive Brand Outlets). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, building strong relationships with dealers, distributors and EBOs, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and targets within the assigned region.
2. Dealers and Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.
3. EBO Management: Oversee the operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), ensuring optimal performance, inventory management, and adherence to brand standards.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, monitor competitor activity, and stay updated on industry trends.
5. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the branch sales team to achieve sales targets, providing coaching, feedback, and support as required.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and prepare regular reports for management review.
7. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
8. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for dealers, distributors and EBO staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in sales management within the Luggage industry, with a focus on dealers, distributor and EBO management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
Sound knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working within Luggage industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is desired.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
