Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at VilCart located in Davangere. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing a sales team, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Team leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Prior experience in the retail or FMCG industry is a plus,
