Area Sales Manager ( B2C )

About the job Role

Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Sales Manager located in Bangalore. The Sales Person will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned area, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new sales initiatives, and oversee sales team performance and training.

Role & responsibilities

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed the sales targets for the Chimney and Cooktop division in the assigned area.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

 Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in the area, ensuring effective management and motivation.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.

 Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies

 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Sales, or a related field

 3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Domestic kitchen Sinks or Built in.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 Proficient in Microsoft Office.

 Experience in analyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions

 Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment

 Willingness to travel as needed

 Conceptualizing and implement retail schemes & plan to achieve sales & collection targets.

 Prepare and submit reports on Distributor and Dealers performance and present to management on a regular basis.

 Can handle multiple Distributors and can be seen as future leader,
