Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications
 Experience in a senior sales role or managerial role in the hospitality industry
 Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
 Excellent communication. and interpersonal skills
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new business opportunities
 Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
 Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus,
