Job Position:- Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager

Location:- Gurugram, Sector 74A, Haryana (On-site)
Working Hours:- 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days:- Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Off)
Salary:- 35,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate sales deals and close transactions
- Provide coaching and training to sales executives

Requirements -

- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- 4-7 years of experience in sales management or a real estate
- Strong understanding of local real estate markets, industry trends, and legal requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct
- Flexibility to work irregular hours
- Must have a personal vehicle
