This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead Sales - Edtech at SHRS - SARIKA HR SOLUTIONS located in Bengaluru. The Team Lead Sales - Edtech will be responsible for leading a sales team that focuses on selling education technology products and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing the sales team, creating and implementing sales strategies, fostering relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure sales objectives are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or other related fields
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Edtech industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively. in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Knowledge of education technology products and services is a plus
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus,
