Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager for the Pediatric & Gynae Segment will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within the assigned region. This role requires a strategic leader with deep knowledge of the pediatric and gynecological healthcare markets, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage and inspire a team of sales professionals. The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets specific to these segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement area sales strategies for the pediatric and gynecological segments to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities within these segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives specializing in pediatric and gynecological products.
Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Foster a positive and motivating team environment to drive high performance.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, gynecologists, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders.
Conduct regular visits to key accounts to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Manage the area sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Market Expansion and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in the pediatric and gynecological segments.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Nutrizoe's products.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the pediatric or gynecological healthcare industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to travel within the region as required.,
