Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the center's sales targets and market expansion goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Team Management : Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical diagnostics market.
