Associate Director - Sales
Overview
The Associate Director - Sales plays a crucial role in driving the sales strategy and business development efforts for one of the leading MNCs. They are responsible for leading a team to achieve sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and foster a high-performing sales culture
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies
Oversee the negotiation and closure of sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction

Participate in the development of pricing strategies and competitive positioning

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field
Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within a multinational company

Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and principles
