    Job Title-Senior Manager Location- Raipur /Pune /Kolkata No. of openings 1 Experience-7 to 12 years Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive new client acquisition, client retention and revenue growth in line with the company's objectives. Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to drive business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to develop tailored solutions and value propositions for prospective clients. Drive the entire BD cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Monitor and track sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports and updates to senior management. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. Qualifications: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding targets. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders. Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the Price Reporting Agency space. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track and measure sales performance. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Remuneration: Will not be a constraint for the right candidate.,
