    Job Description : magnon sancus is a fast-paced Language service/Localization agency and is looking for a Senior Manager who will be responsible for new business acquisition through new prospects. The job responsibilities entail tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities nationally & internationally. You will be responsible for completing the sales cycle from the initial appointment to the closing of the deal through diligent communication, follow up, and meticulously working through the entire pitch process. Alongside this, you are expected to build and maintain knowledge of the companys offering and market sector with regard to the localisation/language services industry. As the Senior Manager Business Development, you will have the main responsibility of bringing in new business & client acquisition along with maintaining client relationships. KRA & KPIs : The Senior Manager - Business Development will be: Responsible for new business development (via possible available means such as networking through digital channels). Work in conjunction with the Managing Director & Finance to close all contracts and commercial agreements. To build a strong long-term sales pipeline, and follow through for business opportunities. To penetrate targeted prospects with the Magnon Group portfolio. Foster strong relationships with existing clients and future prospects. Deliver all RFP responses to clients and prospects when required, and on time. Identify large opportunities within the Localization industry and create a necessary action plan to win the business. Work closely with the Managing Director on sales strategies, identify opportunities & close sales. Educate new prospects on our services and communicate the capabilities, benefits and competitive advantages of working with Magnon Group. Effectively communicate clients and project specifications to the Account Management team, and ensure a smooth transition to the project delivery / execution teams. Maintain records of key client/prospect communications and pipeline opportunities in the internal softwares. Candidate Profile: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills A team player with a flexible, consultative, and personal approach Proven track record in achieving sales targets Proven track record of successful customer engagement Experience in interacting with C-level professionals Presentable and articulate Solid proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Note: The responsibilities are not restricted to above defined KRA. The above KRA can be changed subject to change in role, responsibilities or due to change in work profile. The KRA defined above can be revised based on an individual's performance and capabilities. Employment: Full time Work experience: 10 12 years experience in selling to high-revenue clientele in the digital industry including 5 years in the localisation industry Qualification: Graduate MBA preferred Location: Noida Compensation: As per industry norms.
