Shri Ram Solvent Extractions (SRSE) is a family-owned business that specializes in the production of Neem-based bio-pesticides and other agricultural inputs. Founded in 1986 and based in Kashipur, Uttarakhand, SRSE is the largest manufacturer of Neem-based extracts in India. In addition to its core business, SRSE also operates in Organic Farming, Granny's IQF Vegetables and Kook Frozen Foods.
We manufacture frozen vegetables, snacks, breads, curries, gravies and Indo-Chinese snacks. We currently export our products to Canada, USA & and Australia. We are fully compliant and certified by BRCGS, Halal, HACCP and USFDA. Our processing units for Ready-To-Eat products and IQF vagatables are located near Kashipur, Uttarakhand
Role Description
We're looking for a full-time Head of Sales for our Frozen food and snacks manufacturing division. The Head of Sales will be responsible for launching our RTE product lines within the HORECA segment and overseeing all aspects of. Sales, Business Development and Account Management.
They will
Generate leads targeting the large business partners in HORECA
Build Relationships and pitch our RTE product lines to their purchase teams
Owning and hitting/ exceeding sales targets
Plan and drive activations at relevant Food Exhibitions
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Build a sales team over time, as and when the business grows
Monitor all trade accounts receivables on a proactive basis
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in business, food sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HORECA sales, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Minimum 3 years of experience in RTE Frozen Food Sales & BD
Willingness to travel to Jaspur, Uttarakhand where the factories are located
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English and Hindi
Proven track record of launching a RTE product range in HORECA, domestic and export markets
Strong knowledge of the frozen food industry
Strong connections with Purchase Heads and decision-makers of potential buyers is a MUST
