    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SAP Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Ksolves SAP practice by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and executing strategies that align with our company's goals. Locations: Noida & Pune Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem, leveraging Ksolves industry expertise and reputation. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in SAP services and solutions. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning within the SAP domain. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Understand clients" business challenges and objectives to propose tailored SAP solutions that meet their needs. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. 3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with Ksolves technical, marketing, and delivery teams to create compelling sales proposals and presentations. Drive sales initiatives and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of Ksolves" SAP offerings. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the SAP practice. 4. Partnership & Networking: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with SAP and other industry players to enhance Ksolves" service offerings. Represent Ksolves at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the companys presence in the SAP market. Leverage your network to generate new leads and opportunities for business growth. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Analyze sales processes and strategies to identify areas for optimization and improvement. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is preferred. 7-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on SAP solutions. Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets within the SAP ecosystem. Deep understanding of SAP products, solutions, and the overall ERP market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
