Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager at Makeover Fashions Inc. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives in Bengaluru. The position holds responsible for the activities of multiple stores, achieve quantitative measures of performance within stores. The day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Minimum 4 years experience as an Area/Operational/Cluster Manager in any retail apparel stores (Mandatory).

 Guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.

 Manage Multiple stores operations, SOP, KPIs & sales targets.

 Efficiency in improving new sales techniques and Sales trainings

 Guide and motivate the sales team to maximize revenue.

 Manage stores operations & sales targets.

 Efficiency in improving new sales techniques.

 Profit and loss account management across the region.

 People Management, Training & Motivation.

 Work On improving service and increase Foot falls.

 Guide Customer relationship management and Cash management

 Performance management Evaluate the performance of the SM & staff on an individual basis.

 Competitor analysis, Market research about apparel brands

 Determine long term success by proposing different business development strategies.

 Ensure the expansion of stores and brand visibility.

 Perform detailed analysis of new market trends, consumer behavior and competition in the market.

Qualifications

Qualifications
 Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
 Previous Retail industry experience
 Proven experience in sales and team management
 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
 Knowledge of the women's ethnic wear industry is preferred
 Willingness to travel within the assigned area,
