Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, generating leads, and building relationships with new and existing customers. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for. developing and executing sales strategies and reporting sales activities.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience and track record of achieving targets
Experience in setting up new market will be highly preferred.
Experience in any stationery business is a plus point.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of the paper industry and market trends
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field,
