Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement robust sales strategies that propel RoadMate to the forefront of the automotive service industry.
- Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the area sales team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative success.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with RoadMate's services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales team performance against targets, providing guidance and support to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.

Our Needs:
- post graduate (preferred) in Marketing or any related field, with a creative mindset, strong communication skills,Willingness to travel extensively and a passion for Sales.
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the automotive or related industries, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
-Laptop is mandatory for this position
