Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Nivsa Capital in Bengaluru.
Manage the Branch Managers and achieve the sales targets across products and channels
Conduct sales team meetings and set targets with individual BM to ensure tight control on sales process
Develop new tie-ups and support Branch Managers for similar initiatives
Plan / design sales/collection programs, contests and presentations at Local level
Responsible for launching new products in the marketplace
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
Ensure achievement of overall revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets.
Develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and identify new business development opportunities
Identify training needs by analyzing changing market trends, channel deployment etc. and give suitable feedback suggestions to the Business Head
Ensure highest levels of employee relationship, satisfaction, motivation and engagement are maintained to drive results
Coordinate with the Credit, Operations and Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations
Qualifications
Candidate should be well versed in Affordable and Micro home loan segment
Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Market research and analysis skills
Working knowledge of Excel is must
Team collaboration and leadership abilities
Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
PG degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field,
