Job Title: Sales Executive/ Sr. Sales Executive / Territory Sales Leader

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

o Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads to create sales opportunities.

o Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through cold calling,

networking, and referrals.

o Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and

ensure customer satisfaction.

o Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on sales activities.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

o Research the market, identify potential customers and competitors, and evaluate

market conditions and trends.

o Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to the sales and

marketing teams.

4. Achieving Sales Targets:

o Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

o Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management on a regular basis.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

o Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure

smooth execution of sales orders and customer requirements.

o Timely collection & reconciliation along with the credit control team

o Participate in team meetings, workshops, and promotional events as required.

Requirements:

 Minimum of 3-4 Years of Proven Experience in Sales or Similar Roles in the Courier and

Logistics Industry

 Strong sales skills with a successful track record of achieving targets.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

 Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred.,
