    Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our corporate gifting company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the corporate gifting market in India, possess strong business acumen, and have a proven track record of driving sales and business growth. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their corporate gifting needs and trends within the industry. Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities by establishing contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and social media outreach. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company's business development goals and revenue targets. Proposal and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients, showcasing the company's product offerings and value proposition. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies and profitability goals. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products that meet client expectations. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Industry Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for senior management to drive strategic decision-making. Budget Management: Manage business development budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment. Training and Development: Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Preferred Attributes Experience in the corporate gifting industry or related sectors. Knowledge of the Indian corporate market and business practices. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and client needs.
