Role Overview: We seek a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in driving business growth by bringing in new clients, agencies, and brands to partner with us. This role involves managing business numbers, profit and loss (P&L) accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving overall business success. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, agencies, and brands for collaboration with Adsto. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business and achieve sales targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Business Strategy: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Financial Management: Oversee business numbers and P&L accounts, ensuring financial targets are met. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and production teams to align business development efforts with Adsto's mission and capabilities. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments. Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Adsto's services and expand the company's professional network. Proposals and Contracts: Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Ensure all agreements are profitable and in line with Adsto's objectives. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine business development strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the content production or advertising industry. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content production processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze financial data and manage P&L accounts effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
