Prepare and present compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to the needs and objectives of each client. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms while ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the management team. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand the client network. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in media sales to contribute innovative ideas and strategies to the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Proven track record of 4-5 years in media sales, preferably within the business news or related industry. Strong understanding of business sectors, including manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, semiconductors, finance, and banking. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build long-lasting client relationships. Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Effective negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
