Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Business Development Specialist to join our Corporate Relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and corporate relations. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and networking to expand RCS's client base. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives, including setting sales targets and tracking progress. Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed business proposals, negotiations, and contract agreements to prospective clients. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and service delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 1 of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate relations. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business growth objectives. Strong understanding of IT solutions, including business applications, managed services, and digital transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
