    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager specializing in project sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing and growing project-based sales, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue in a project-focused environment. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales lifecycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives for the area / region / city / territory. Identify and target key projects that align with the companys objectives and capabilities. Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders in project-based industries. Understand clients project requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Sales and Proposal Management: Lead sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business contracts. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Market and Industry Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new project opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitive positioning. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project sales and delivery. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities for project sales. Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on sales activities, project pipeline, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain sales forecasts, targets, and progress reports. Client Satisfaction: Monitor project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project duration. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in business development, project sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing and securing projects (atleast 2 years in the lighting sector). Skills : o Strong understanding of sales and business development strategies. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. o Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. o Strong negotiation and presentation skills. o Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.,
