- Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and personalized service throughout the buying or selling process.
Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitive landscape; provide clients with up-to-date market information.
Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers; arrange property viewings and open houses.
Negotiate terms and conditions of property transactions on behalf of clients; ensure all agreements are executed smoothly.
Manage the preparation and processing of all necessary documentation and contracts related to property transactions.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally; provide excellent post-sale support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in real estate; demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Location: Basaveshwara, nagara, Bangalore
