You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements. Provide accurate and detailed information about the properties, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Sales Presentations: Conduct property presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our real estate offerings. Customize presentations based on client needs and preferences. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to achieve win-win agreements. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market demands. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Knowledge of the real estate market in Bangalore. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.,
