Job Description:
As a B2B Sales Field Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and growth for our tourism department. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B market.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other B2B partners.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.
Sales Presentations:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our tourism offerings and value proposition.
Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and interests of each client.
Sales Reporting:
Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of the tourism industry and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
