Key Responsibilities
Business Development (B2B Sales)
Corporates Tie-ups.
Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure new business.
Market Analysis
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide insights and feedback to the sales and product development teams.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales plans.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of Proven Experience in a Corporate Sales role
Experience in Real estate or related industries with a strong knowledge of the sector
Proficiency in English, Hindi and/or Kannada (optional)
Graduate degree in any field
Should have a valid driving license and a two/ four wheeler
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
Fast learner who has a strong passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Skilled in delivering attractive presentations
