    Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets aligned with the business goals Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability Streamline the sales process for manufacturing products to enhance efficiency Implement best practices to improve the overall workflow and increase sales productivity Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team Train the sales team on product. features, specifications, and competitive advantages Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales, and status reports Collaborate with other departments, including production, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry Requirements Proven work experience as a sales representative Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Open to travel to different states Proficiency in English, Kannada & Hindi MBA/postgraduate with a specialization in sales & marketing Possess a technical understanding of manufacturing processes and products to effectively communicate with clients and address their specific needs About Company: We are a food & beverage company & our aim is best expressed through our tagline "brewing memories" to create this, we at Emoticup, a unit of Kaapicat Beverages Private Limited, innovate & excel in the products that enhance the quality of life & cherish the good old days forever.
