- Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for corporate sales achievement and driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. You will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to develop tailored solutions that meet clients" needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify key growth opportunities and market trends to drive business development efforts.
Analyze sales data and market insights to refine strategies and maximize sales effectiveness.
Lead and Manage Sales Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of corporate sales professionals.
. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet or exceed sales goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understand clients" business needs and challenges to recommend customized solutions and services.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and market segments.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new accounts and partnerships.
Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and product offerings.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects.
Provide input and feedback to support product development and marketing efforts based on customer insights and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
