Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our digital marketing solutions into key markets, including the USA, Canada, UK, and EU regions. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying strategic business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate target markets and achieve sales targets.
Identify and engage with potential clients, including but not limited to agencies, enterprises, and SMEs, through various channels such as cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, and leverage insights to tailor solutions and value propositions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers, to drive partnership opportunities and revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing solutions.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market developments, and industry best practices to continuously refine and enhance our offerings and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven track record of success in international business development roles, with a focus on selling digital marketing solutions or related services.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and close high-value contracts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.,
