Job Overview:
The Business Development professional is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. They play a crucial role in increasing revenue and expanding the company's market presence.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Proposal and Presentation:
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
Ensure the successful transition of clients to the delivery or implementation teams.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to achieve business objectives.
Provide feedback from the market to assist in the development of new products or services.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field (some roles may require an MBA).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
