Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at CASA. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and customer service. They will analyze market trends, identify potential clients, and develop strategies to promote CASA's modular construction solutions. The Business Development Specialist will also build and maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
1- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and present our services.
2- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients" needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
3- Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals.
4- On-Site Client Meetings:
Conduct on-site meetings with clients to discuss projects and requirements.
Provide on-site support and assistance as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
5- Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Update CRM system with client information and sales progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
Background in real estate or construction industry is a plus.
