    Job description for Business Development Associate We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our edtech company. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational products and services to prospective clients, including schools, educational institutions, and individual learners. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients in the education sector, including schools, educational institutions. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs Present and demonstrate our educational products and services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and. contracts to prospective clients Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competition Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or technology industry Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organizational skills Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Knowledge of the education sector and understanding of edtech products and services is a plus.
