Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate at WePitch, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and ensuring that WePitchs services are effectively positioned in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify New Business Opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in various industries.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Understand client needs and tailor pitches to demonstrate how WePitchs services can meet those needs.
Maintain regular contact with prospects and clients to foster strong, long-lasting relationships.
Pitching and Proposals:
Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that align with client requirements and business objectives.
Negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the client and WePitch.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Provide feedback from clients to help shape the development of new services and offerings.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
Analyze the effectiveness of different strategies and adjust approaches as needed.
Prepare regular reports for management on the status of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the marketing or digital agency sector.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
