Job Details

    We are seeking a Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and solutions, and securing partnerships to grow Apposites products and services. Business development tasks (80%): Research the L&D marketplace to identify new prospects, trends, and partnership opportunities. Build relationships with key decision makers at target client companies in the eLearning industry. Understand clients" needs, goals, budgets and propose solutions to address their challenges. Collaborate with the delivery team to design customized training and eLearning solutions, program proposals and present business cases to prospective clients. Manage contract negotiations, prepare agreements and close sales to secure new business. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual booking goals for new sales and total contract value. Grow existing client accounts through upsells, renewals and expanded service offerings. Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform product, pricing and partnership strategies. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and networking events. Work closely with marketing, delivery teams and leadership to meet business development objectives. Management reporting (20%): Provide reports, dashboards, and analysis of sales targets and conversions on a periodical basis. Provide forecasting of resources and skills needed based on the sales projections for various clients. Key Requirements 5+ years of L&D business development experience Track record of consistently meeting sales targets Experience crafting eLearning/training proposals and solutions.
