    Job Overview: We are seeking a driven, street-smart and detail-oriented Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to utilize their skills to generate leads, build a strong relationship with customers, and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly. Work Mode: Hybrid Working Days: Monday to Friday (M,W,F - WFO) Shift: 9:00 AM - 05:00 PM Key Skills and Responsibilities: Prospect and generate qualified leads: Identify and research potential firms across various verticals which will benefit from DWIs services, leveraging market research, professional networks, and online platforms. Execute outbound campaigns: Make persuasive cold calls and draft compelling emails to engage prospects, effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, and schedule discovery meetings. Build strong relationships: Cultivate. trust and rapport with potential clients, actively listen to their needs, and tailor presentations to showcase how our solutions address their specific challenges. Negotiate and close deals: Develop proposals, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and convert leads into profitable partnerships. Manage the sales pipeline: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, track progress through the sales cycle, and report on key performance metrics. Stay informed: Continuously update your knowledge of the market, its trends, and regulations to provide informed recommendations and advice to clients. Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of proven success in business development, preferably with digital marketing services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for crafting compelling emails and sales presentations. Proficient in lead generation techniques and research tools. A self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with cold calling and email outreach is a significant advantage.
