- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales and Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the IT sector, particularly in Website Design and Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing. This role demands hands-on experience in generating leads and closing sales deals in competitive markets such Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE) and South Africa, Europe, Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms and tools for lead generation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales for IT services, including website design and development, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities by tapping into potential markets in Middle East, South Africa, Europe
Lead Generation & Networking:
Utilize. various social media platforms and digital tools to generate and nurture potential leads.
Cold Calling
Market Research:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Analyze market feedback to adjust sales strategies and product offerings accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support that meet their business objectives.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with the technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure that project requirements are met and delivered on time.
Coordinate with project managers to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, lead generation activities, and market analysis.
Track client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales and business development, specifically in website design and development, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of the IT services market with specific experience in Dubai, the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs.
