Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our B-4 Sector - 63, Noida office. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our agency by actively prospecting, identifying, and securing new business opportunities. This role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, providing top-tier customer service, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:
 Conducting cold calls, sending emails, and messaging potential clients to generate new leads.
 Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
 Developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
 Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
 Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications
 Proven experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
 Strong understanding of performance marketing, Google Ads, SEO, web development, social media management, and influencer marketing.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
 Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
 Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
 Experience in cold calling and lead generation is essential.
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
