Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure. Key responsibilities include:
Building and executing a strategy to generate outbound leads for specific services such as social media and digital marketing.
Working closely with the pre-sales team to profile clients, evaluate leads, and create proposals.
Engaging with clients for negotiations and deal closure.
Approaching and converting cold leads into customers.
Follow up with generated leads and existing clients for cross-selling and upselling.
Coordinating between clients and the technical team.
Managing the entire sales life cycle, including client mapping, cold calling, lead generation, and sales closure.
Cultivating and managing relationships with international clients.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
At least 1-3 years of strong and relevant B2B sales experience in the IT industry.
A proven track record in IT marketing sales.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent lead generation and conversion abilities.
Proactive approach to sales with a focus on achieving targets.
