- What you will need to do:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop a client base.
Follow up on Key Accounts generated by the Head of Sales to build relationships with clients and close deals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Initiate conversations with new leads, and close deals that help them grow in the plant based ecosystem through our offerings - events, media(online & offline), content, and personalised marketing solutions.
Create and deliver presentations and sales proposals to clients.
Keep track of sales activities and provide timely reports to the to the Head of Sales.
Participate in trade shows and other events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Maintain and update client information in the company database.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Creating end-to-end process, owning the quality of sales. initiation funnel, creating new qualified leads for closure.
What you will need to have:
Proven experience in sales, ideally in the plant-based or digital marketing industry.
1.5+ years experience preferably in events/media
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for the plant-based movement and a desire to make a positive impact.
Familiarity with digital marketing solutions, terms, and industry best practices.
