Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation professional at Six Ladders in Mumbai. The Lead Generation role involves daily tasks such as generating new leads, conducting market research, effective communication, and driving sales to connect students with the right career opportunities.
Requirements
Lead Generation
Experience in education or ed-tech sector is needed.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Conduct Market Research
Sales expertise in closing high-value B2C deals
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Analyze and report on lead generation performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
Campaign Management:
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, to ensure maximum ROI.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages.
Strategy Development:
Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and content, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement.,
