Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Company: Skill-Mantra, an e-learning platform dedicated to imparting practical skills through skilling, reskilling, and upskilling.

Location: Noida

Salary: Up to 35,000 INR

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Skill-Mantra's courses and programs.

- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.

- Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.

- Generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing efforts and audience segmentation.

- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, keyword research, and audience targeting.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced results.

- Collaborate with the content team to create. compelling and engaging marketing materials.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management, lead generation, and ad running.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms including but not limited to social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Prior experience in the e-learning industry would be a plus.
