Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic performance marketing specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts for our eCommerce stores. The ideal candidate is someone deeply entrenched in the digital marketing landscape with a knack for leveraging data-driven strategies to boost online sales. Your role will be pivotal in accelerating our online growth, optimizing our digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring our eCommerce store stands out in a crowded marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
 Craft and execute a performance marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on maximizing the efficiency and scalability of our e-commerce store.
 Lead performance-driven paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, Instagram, and Pinterest, ensuring maximum ROI.
 Analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions and. optimize campaigns.
 Oversee email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.
 Utilize A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization techniques to improve the user experience and increase sales.
 Test and scale new channels and technologies that can contribute to our performance marketing mix, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications And Skills
 At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ECommerce and direct experience managing Shopify or other eCommerce stores.
 Proven track record of scaling online eCommerce businesses and achieving sales targets.
 Comprehensive understanding of paid advertising and email marketing.
 Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and an ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
 Experience with affiliate marketing programs is a plus, offering additional avenues for revenue generation.
 Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
 Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
