Job Description:
 Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in healthcare to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven ability to drive brand awareness and lead generation through various digital channels.
 Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads within the healthcare sector.

-Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms to achieve targeted ROI.

-Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.

-Create, curate, and manage content for social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with the target audience.

-Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.

-Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.

-Engage in cold calling to potential clients to generate leads and expand market reach.

-Be available for night shifts when required to interact with US-based clients and ensure seamless communication.

-Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and the healthcare industry to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

-3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.

-Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

-Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.

-Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation software.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Willingness to engage in cold calling and lead generation activities.

-Flexibility to work night shifts when required to coordinate with US-based clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

-HubSpot Content Marketing Certification

-Experience with healthcare regulations and compliance in digital marketing
