Digital Marketing Specialist (Content + SMM)

We're looking for a rockstar Digital Marketing Specialist (Content + SMM), who will be at the heart of our online marketing operations. You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and overseeing various digital marketing strategies that are pivotal to the growth of our brand and business. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including PPC ads, SEM/SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media (SMO/SMM).
 Oversee the design of our website to improve user experience and optimize for conversions.
 Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to increase performance.
 Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and social media trends.
 Enhance. our brand presence and online reputation through the digital space.
 Manage email marketing campaigns, including the design of emails, calls-to-action, and content for email blasts and drip campaigns.
 Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting using Google Analytics and other tools.
 Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and paid search strategies (SEM).
 Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and high-performing marketing strategy.

Qualifications
 Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
 Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
 Skills and experience in creative content writing.
 Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Technical skills and knowledge in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad serving tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Bing Ads).
 A background in designing and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
 Degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field.
