Dear Candidate,
We are searching for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Exe. to join our team and play a key role in scaling our user base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across all channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage digital campaigns across channels for different business verticals.
Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns with a heavy focus on ROI.
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
Own and execute the entire online customer acquisition funnel.
Be responsible for CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and Sales Qualified Lead generation.
Focus on the CTR and CRO Ratios.
Develop, execute, and scale campaigns across different channels.
Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels (paid advertising, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, etc.).
Analyze marketing performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and A/B test landing pages, website copy, and other marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Manage and scale marketing budgets effectively.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to achieve growth goals.
Skills Requirements:
Develop and execute strategies to maintain and speed up user growth via digital channels (SEM, Social Media, Affiliate, CRM).
Work closely with the team to ensure timely execution of strategies and plans.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and manage paid advertising campaigns on channels like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.
Track performance metrics and manage regular reporting.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Develop and manage app campaign strategies for acquisition and engagement.
Actively identify new growth opportunities in existing and new channels.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in growth marketing.
B2C & B2B marketing experience.
Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition and engagement.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics, paid advertising, CRM, and CRO tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in handling digital marketing activities.
Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google & Meta) is a must.
Up-to-date with industry trends and knowledge.
Creative thinking ability.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

CTC - 4 to 6 Lacs Annually
