Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our marketing team for a Performance Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to define the strategy as well as daily management of PPC and paid social campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies to achieve key business objectives.

Responsibilities:
 Monitor Web Analytics, Meta dashboards, and reports to point out key areas of importance in accordance with company goals.
 Drive efficient traffic and booking growth by executing spend and campaigns across key digital performance channels including Meta, Google Ads & Email Marketing.
 Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling campaign assets, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
 Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for optimization to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
 Conduct A/B testing and optimization experiments to improve campaign performance, including ad targeting, messaging, and creative variations.
 Keep pace with industry trends and developments.
 Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
 Min 1 year experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, user acquisition, and lead generation.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, and other relevant platforms.
 Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools.
 Experience in data analysis and reporting.Creative and experimentation mindset.
 Good Communication skills and team player.
