Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented SEO & Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with performance marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will manage a team of SEO and Performance Marketing professionals, ensuring that all strategies and campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
 Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
 Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
 Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
 Lead and manage the SEO & Performance Marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
 Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and SEM.
 Generate and present reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
 Assist in the development and execution of broader digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications
 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and performance marketing.
 Experience managing a team or the ability to lead and mentor others.
 Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
 Experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
 Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques is a plus.
