Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Responsibilities:
 Drive Sales by leveraging all paid channels of acquisition such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, while ensuring a healthy RoAS.
 Execute experiments on campaign targeting, landing page experience, special offers and messaging, to improve overall conversion rates
 Work on other organic channels, such as SEO and email marketing
 Provide insights and analytical reports to monitor overall efforts
 Build strategies, prepare budgets and execute campaigns in a timely manner.
 Build creative strategy and framework for advertisements on Meta

Requirements:
 Fresher or with an experience of 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing and hunger to learn
 Should be creative at thinking and have a basic understanding of analytics,
